What you share

The contact and home-value forms ask for your name, email, optional phone number, interests, and any message you choose to include. A home-value request also includes your address and property details.

How your details are used

Your information is used to respond to your inquiry and prepare a personal home-value review. When online delivery is connected, requests are transmitted through a configured integration to Gabriela’s BoldTrail CRM. Contact and home-value requests do not subscribe you to a marketing list. The resource signup form separately asks for your name, email, resource preference, and explicit permission to receive home resource emails. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time by replying to an email or contacting Gabriela directly.

If online delivery is unavailable, the site offers an email draft. You must send that draft yourself in your email application; opening it does not send your inquiry.

Saved places and technical data

Saved places and guide checklist progress are stored in your browser’s local storage. Use the heart buttons or a guide’s Reset button to remove saved progress, or clear this website’s browser data. Checklists are not sent to Gabriela. Downloaded text guides stay on your device. The site uses Google Fonts, which receives basic connection information when font files load. Hosting and delivery services may process technical information such as IP addresses for operation and security. No advertising tracking is added by this website.
